Many of the recipes I have shared over the years are partially or 100% Paleo. When I think of this diet I don’t imagine a huge plate of bacon and a cup of bone broth. Unfortunately many Paleo peeps out there over consume protein and do not consume enough leafy greens and vegetables which is a very important aspect of following a Paleo diet.
