Raw Milk Facts and Findings

Have you heard about the recent raid on Rawesome Foods, a private food buying club in Venice, California? If you are not in the loop of crazy health renegade stories then you probably did not hear about this story.  It must be read, check it out here. Be sure to read all 4 pages not just the first one.  I gotta admit its kind of funny.  I can just picture the agents saying: “Raise your hands and drop the milk or else.”

Anyways, I got 3 emails asking me about my view on Raw Milk so I wanted to share some valid information with you regarding the story of Raw Milk in the US.  I drank it as a child and have consumed it on and off for many years.  There are cases where animal products are not good for your health and a vegetarian diet is warranted but for the sake of this post I will just provide some info on Raw Milk and later I will do a write-up on the benefits, risks and contra-indications for consuming certain foods.
