Big Brother to track your medication compliance with electronic transmitters in pills

I have been keeping up with the news that this was coming and here it is.  Please read this article written by Mike Adams one of my favorite health experts.  These are scary times people.

Now that the U.S. government has achieved its monopoly over health care, new technologies are in the works that will allow the government to remotely monitor and track whether ordinary citizens are complying with taking medications prescribed by conventional doctors. One new technology described at the U.S. Senate Committee on Aging allows “pills to be electronically outfitted with transmitters” which would track the patient’s compliance with medications and broadcast that information back to government health care enforcers who check for “compliance and efficacy.”

“Emerging technologies allow pills to be electronically outfitted with transmitters to communicate with the user’s wristwatch that shows that the pill has been consumed,” said University of Virginia professor Robin Felder at the committee meeting. “Broadband connectivity of these devices would allow the electronic medical record to be updated with regard to medication compliance and efficacy.”

This would allow government health operators, for example, to know whether you’ve taken all your prescribed psychiatric medications. If you veer from the course of pharmaceuticals prescribed by your doctor, health care enforcement agents could be dispatched to your door to make sure you start taking your pills.

Parents who currently attempt to protect their children from toxic medical therapies such as chemotherapy could be closely monitored by government medical enforcement agents. If you try to flush dangerous pharmaceuticals down the toilet instead of actually taking them, the lack of an electronic tracking signal will let your health care observers know you didn’t really take the pills.

Get ready for E-Care

It’s all part of a new push called E-Care which involves a number of medical devices that monitor you in your home and report back to government authorities. A blood pressure monitoring device, for example, could report your blood pressure to your government-approved doctor. A blood sugar monitoring device could determine if you’ve eaten too much sugar and order you to take more diabetes pills to try to compensate.

Big Government, you see, doesn’t just want to monopolize health care; it wants to monitor your compliance with it. If you depart from their system of pharmaceuticals, you may be found unfit as a parent, for example. Or possibly just declared insane (which gets you drugged with psych meds).

Big Brother snooping in on your diet

One of the ultimate goals of this remote monitoring technology is to install a blood monitoring chip in your arm that would sample and run diagnostic tests on your blood every few minutes. While this could be used in a positive way to detect early signs of cancer or liver problems, for example, it could also be used to snoop on the dietary habits of everyday citizens.

If you take too much vitamin C, for example — beyond what is allowed by CODEX — it could trigger a monitored alert that causes government-run medical operatives to force their way into your home and confiscate your “non-compliant” vitamins.

If your vitamin D levels rise high enough to actually prevent cancer, they could have you arrested for “spending too much time in the sun” and thrown into a hospital with no windows to, as they claim, “Protect you from skin cancer.”

These are some of the very practical realities that could theoretically emerge in the dystopian medicalized society that seems to be getting closer with each passing day.

We’re monitoring you for your own good

This isn’t science fiction: It’s modern medical fact. As CNSNews reports, “…Areas of interest include medicines that can tell a doctor if they have been taken on time [and] wireless monitoring of nutritional information…”

Of course, as with all privacy-invading monitoring devices, government will argue that monitoring you is “for your own good.” You can expect an RFID chip to be implanted in your arm, too, containing your entire medical history. So every time you pass near an RFID reader at a government-controlled facility (airports, schools, interstate toll booths, etc.), your entire medical history can be scanned and assessed for a variety of metrics.

Combined with the blood analysis chip implants, this would give health enforcement authorities a way to find and arrest “dangerous” people — such as people who aren’t taking enough antidepressants, for example. Or people who show signs of consuming herbal medicines. All these people could be tracked down, arrested and then forced to consume medications before they are released back into the public.

TIA for your body

The program is basically Total Information Awareness at the personal biology level. Big Brother wants to monitor your biochemistry, you see, to make sure you remain compliant with its pharmaceutical and junk foods agenda.

It’s not enough for the government to monitor your phone calls, scan your emails and watch you sunbathing on your back porch with spy satellites; now they want to snoop into your bloodstream and monitor what you’ve been eating, drinking or swallowing.

“This device here connects to other devices that measure a patient’s blood pressure and glucose [sugar] levels.” said U.S. Senator Ron Wyden. “It wirelessly uploads this data to an electronic medical health record that is monitored by a health care professional.” (A government-mandated health care enforcer, in other words.)

With this technology, they could even monitor your moods by tracking fluctuations of hormone levels. They will know when you’re happy, when you’re angry, when you’re having sex, when you’re sleeping. All this information will be at the fingertips of government health care enforcers who are, of course, working to further the Big Pharma agenda of medicating everyone from cradle to grave.

Remote administration of medications

But it gets even worse. Part of this E-Care technology involves the remote administration of medications directly into your bloodstream. A supply of medication chemicals can be worn on your body (like a wristband, for example), and when it receives a remote command from your health care enforcers, it can inject another dose of some chemical into your bloodstream.

These chemicals could be anything — antidepressants, tranquilizers, antipsychotics, statin drugs, chemotherapy drugs and so on. So now you’ve got remote government medical operatives who can essentially control your biochemistry as if you were a robot in a Big Government reality game.

If they are about to come to your house and take away your children because you refused to give them vaccines, for example, they could first remotely inject you with tranquilizers so that you will be “calm, docile and compliant” upon their arrival.

This now puts the government in control of your mind through the remote administration of mind-altering chemicals.

“What we’re talking about, folks, is using a device like this one,” said Senator Wyden during the committee meeting. “It attaches to the patient’s skin and is loaded with drugs that are administered in the exact way that the doctor prescribes — wirelessly.”

Except it’s not really the way the doctor prescribes; it’s the way the government prescribes. Because now Big Government is running health care and telling doctors exactly what to do. So government is determining what chemicals get administered to you, and before long they’ll be able to administer those chemicals wirelessly.

Did you get your happy chemicals today?

At the click of a mouse, in other words, Big Government could mass medicate the entire nation. Imagine the entire population being dosed with “happy chemicals” in the days before an important vote. Or imagine the population being medicated with “anger hormones” following some staged false-flag attack, all designed to create outrage so that the politicians can sweep in with yet more “solutions” that destroy civil liberties.

This may be what’s coming, which is why establishing a government health care monopoly was so important in the first place. Without the government monopoly and the IRS penalties for non-compliance, there would be no way to force everybody into participating in such a system. But now, health care run by Big Government has opened the door for us all to be chipped, monitored and medicated without our knowledge and against our will.

Never Starve to Lose Weight; You’ll only get Fatter!

Ever heard people tell you that you must cut your calories to lose weight, skip meals and replace them with processed poison canned diet drinks?  It’s a belief that the health world has been permeated with for a very long time.   But it’s far from correct and has proven to be ineffective not only for long-term weight management but for your overall health.  Eating fewer calories or starving yourself may allow you to drop some pounds temporarily but you will be on your way to a slower metabolism which will eventually make you fatter.

Your metabolism starts to slow in a protective measure to preserve the body.  If you drastically reduce calories or starve yourself your body will start to draw nutrients and materials from tissues and essential organs in order to function.  This can cause anemia, hair loss, digestion problems, poor memory, mood swings and other serious issues.  The only time food should be avoided is when a fast is underway.  Fasting has numerous benefits and will be covered in a future article since it’s extremely important for proper body function.  Most people who live a low-calorie diet are obsessed with eliminating all fats from their diets, another error.  Our bodies need fat like Spiderman needs his webs.  Yes, sounds silly but without good wholesome fat our bodies are not protected. Fat not only protects our nerves but it coats them and is responsible for transporting nutrients.  This does not mean eat a fatty burger and fries with a soda and an apple pie for lunch.  When you eat natural, wholesome, non processed foods that are rich in good fats you are doing a good thing for your body.

Instead of starving you need to eat, eat and then eat some more.  May seem crazy but it works.  You can lose weight and improve your overall health by eating and drinking good foods all throughout the day.  Foods you should eat more of are: raw nuts, fruits, super food supplements, quinoa, oatmeal, vegetable and fruit smoothies, cacao (coco), barley, raw honey and whole grains.  Make it a point to eat a little something every 2 hours at least and stay hydrated especially if you are exercising.

Never Compromise Curves for Cash.

Never Compromise your Curves for Cash means: don’t eat junk to save dollars, cashola, mula, pesos, dallas, dinero….

I am sure if you sit down for about 20 minutes a month you can think of 5 things you can cut out of your expenses to better your health.  We are always compromising that which is most important!  Stop it already.  At the end of the day where will you be if you fall sick or in a hospital due to the excessive abuse to your body from a poor diet?

You only have one life, so take care of it please and start playing for the right team. Surround yourself with people that care about their health too.   It almost seems like high school drama but most people well into their 40’s and 50’s care about being up to par with fashion, designer labels and the latest trends.  Not that its bad to look handsome or beautiful but I think that we can go overboard at times.  I know that people are stuck on superficiality because when I am dressed down and with my kids jumping up all over me and sporting my unfashionable back pack diaper bag as a purse, I don’t get taken as serious as when I am alone, all dolled up and dressed to perfection.  Then people tend to be more responsive whether I am at the health food store shopping or at a group gathering.  That says allot about what we believe as a culture, and it’s sad.

Your Fendi purse, Movado watch, Coach shoes, diamond earrings, E class car and Pleasantville home should not determine who you are.  So please, take action. Don’t spend your hard earned money on a dream that isn’t yours.  Don’t feel like you must live up to what others say you should be buying.  Guard your heart and defend your health with tooth and nails.  Live life as a gift, give that gift away every day and don’t sell out for the wrong team!

 What is the Best Diet?

Part 1

No you don’t have to eat raw eggs or raw meat or only carbs.  You also don’t have to eat only meat or no meat although a meatless diet is very beneficial since our bodies are not built to break down the chemically processed nutrient deficient meats available in most supermarkets.

My ideal diet is one that I stay on forever.  It’s a decision I have made just like the decision of where to live and what clothes to buy: it’s something that I feel strongly about.  Something that moves me from deep down inside to only want the best for my health and the heath of my family.  I am baffled at how much time and money is spent yearly in America on shoes, clothes and the latest gadgets yet we can’t afford wholesome organic food for our families.  Really if you’re feeding yourself junk because you don’t have the money to eat better then I hope you have an antenna and not Direct TV.  I mean there has to come a point in people’s lives where the quality of what you eat becomes more important than the quantity of things and extras you have lying around your house.

When I think of my diet I think about the freedom to chose nutritious foods that I can have fun preparing and eating.  It also makes me think about some of my friends and people I know that are sick and dying of cancer.  So many diseases and sicknesses are caused by what we put into our bodies and everyday people are dying because they lack the knowledge and understanding of what foods to eat and which ones to steer clear from.  It makes me cry at times.  I feel like a needle in a hay stack and my heart breaks for such people.

The best diet is not the diet that makes you starve to lose weight.  You also should not have to binge and purge constantly or limit sugars naturally found in fruits and vegetables unless required because of serious health conditions.

In our home we are constantly trying new foods and adapting our diet daily to include more foods in their natural state, such as raw vegetables, nuts and grains.  Since we have small children it’s a little more labor intensive to work with them and teach them that everything that’s processed, stripped and bleached is bad, especially when most of their friends at school eat such things on a daily basis.  Nevertheless it is a task worth doing as you are guaranteed to get a return on your investment with little or no risk.

So what should you eat?  Well aside from necessary dietary restrictions due to medical conditions I believe that the majority of your food intake should be raw, unprocessed, unadulterated, pure, naturally occurring food.  You should strive to eat Organic foods that are nutrient dense and high in enzyme and mineral content.

We make it a point to always have more raw items at the table than cooked.  The kids know that in addition to their organic fruit and veggie juices they must eat raw fruits, veggies, nuts and grains with each meal.

If you have not at all thought about how to do this then you can slowly incorporate these beginner suggestions into your daily routine until you build up to a diet mainly comprised of wholesome raw foods.  The issue here is doing something about the way you’re eating not going overboard and overwhelmed over night. Get it? Got it? Good!  Remember that a journey begins with a single step!

Here are some ideas:

  1. For breakfast or a snack make a fruit and nut smoothie with your favorite organic soy, almond, rice or raw milk.  We add in a scoop or two of organic coconut oil, a quarter cup of raw cashews or chia seeds or , a quarter cup of organic hulled hemp seeds, a few teaspoons of un-toasted unsalted sunflower seeds, a few teaspoons of organic ground coco (cacao), strawberries, blueberries, bananas and some organic vanilla extract.  To make it an immunity boosting shake we open up a few capsules of colostrum and a few capsules of vitamin C naturally found in rosehips.  When the kids aren’t watching I add in a few spinach or dandelion leaves, they can’t tell.
  2. Another breakfast idea that my kids love are nutty pancakes.  We use organic carob chips instead of chocolate chips and organic sprouted spelt flour instead of regular pancake mix.  I also use chick pea flour and quinoa flour.  I mash a few small bananas then add in the same kind of nuts and seeds as above.  I add in some organic applesauce instead of butter, some organic rice milk, raw organic honey, a pinch of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.  If you eat eggs you can add in an egg or two.  The batter is supposed to be thick but not pasty.  We turn on our griddle no higher than 118 degrees and spoon add the batter.  We let in cook on each side for about 2 minutes and eat with homemade strawberry preserves and organic Neufchatel cheese spread by Organic Valley.  We make these pancakes for an anytime snack as well as for breakfast.
  3. A great lunch idea is a salad with leafy greens like dandelion, romaine lettuce and spinach.  We use all 3 and mix with nuts, seeds, toasted coconut and oven baked onions (you can buy a can of organic toasted onions instead of doing it yourself).  If you like adding sweet things to your salads then you can also add raisins and cranberries and some shredded carrots.  If you must have some meat you can add some tuna, organic canned or cooked chicken.  Don’t forget to add in some fresh garlic slices or as a paste if you have a mortar and pestle.  Toss with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
  4. Zucchini pasta with Marinara sauce is my favorite fabulous raw dish.  It can be cooked a bit if you prefer as well.  Once you wash your zucchini use a potato peeler to peel long pasta looking slices.  You can also accomplish this with a food processor for quicker results.  Once you have the desired amount you can place it in a pan with some coconut oil, garlic, pepper and pesto sauce.  If this is truly a raw dish you would not heat it past 118 degrees.  But if you are just trying this for the first time and you can slightly sauté it then place in a dish.  Top the zucchini pasta with homemade marinara that is not cooked or you can buy store bought organic marinara and heat until warm if desired.  I like to use organic rice cheese shreds for the kids and a Parmesan cheese substitute that’s made from rice as well or when we have raw cheese I grater some.  If you eat cheese then do indulge in some organic shredded romano, asiago and parmigiano cheeses.  Top with sun dried tomatoes and some pine nuts and enjoy.  You can make garlic bread in the oven using a bread I adore called Ezekiel bread.
