Sweet Bread Recipes

Yummy Banana Bread

Ingredients:
½ cup organic extra virgin coconut oil
½ cup organic raw honey
½ cup rapadura or coconut palm sugar
2 eggs, beaten or egg substitute
5 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups organic sprouted spelt flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt                                                                                                                                                                                                                  3 Tablespoons organic whipping cream (or 5 tbs of coconut milk and 2 tbs of organic apple sauce)
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat coconut oil, honey, and rapadura. Add eggs and mashed bananas. Add dry ingredients. Add cream and vanilla. Stir in walnuts. Pour in greased 9×13 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

    to make the miracle drink of beet root, apples, carrots. When you put it in the juicer do you add water and then blend it or do you add orange juice??????? this question is for any smoothie or any drink you make.?????? please answer soon.

    can i use a blender if i dont have a juicer and if so what do i put in to blend together?

    if using a blender I recommend you use fruits and greens like spinach, kale, sprouts, herbs and other leafy greens. When using its best to use carrots, beats, apples, cucumber and other root vegetables and hard fruits. You can also juice wheat grass using a special juicer.
