Do You Have to Buy Every Fruit & Veggie Organic?

The answer to the above question is no.  This is something I have been writing about on and off for a long time.  I have shared this in the talks I give and have explained the differences to many people these past 9 years.

Lately I have received more and more questions on what fruits and veggies must be organic so I am going to share this helpful guide again with you.  Print it out if you like and take it with you when you go shopping so that you don’t forget.

As mentioned by the Environmental Working Group, The Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides is a key resource for consumers aiming for healthier diets. Since many shoppers can’t find or afford organic produce, they can use the Shopper’s Guide to avoid those conventional fruits and vegetables found to be highest in pesticides.
